Responses to inquiries regarding the operation of the Comitok L7C: 1. Why does my L7C continuously shake or vibrate? And why is there a sound of electric current? --Prior to activating the L7C Gimbal, the smartphone must be positioned centrally (if the L7C is powered on without the phone properly centered, it may lead to unusual vibrations or shaking of the L7C).Additionally, do not let go of the handle if you are not using a tripod, as that is an incorrect method of operation. 2. Why is my L7C functioning but not charging? --Please utilize the USB cable provided by us for charging the L7C, or a cable that has a USB-A connector on one end and a TYPE-C connector on the other. Why does the joystick stop responding unexpectedly while using my L7C?The gimbal has a maximum angle. When the L7C is adjusted to reach this maximum angle, the head will automatically activate its self-protection mechanism to safeguard the internal current (this is typically seen as the head not responding to joystick movements). This is a standard self-protection response of the device. This usually happens in scenarios where the gimbal is tilted forward by 30 degrees and the phone's lens is angled up or down by 30 degrees.In such cases, you can revert the mobile device to its original state by doing the following: position L7C to the right, ensure L7C is not tilted, and gently shake the phone with your hand. 4. Kindly refer to our video and adhere to the user manual for gimbal usage; most shaking issues arise from incorrect handling. Please refrain from initiating a dispute without proper verification.
