4. Whip: Continue mixing on high speed for 6 minutes until the mousse reaches a smooth, airy consistency.
   
5. Pipe and Chill: For best results, transfer the mousse into a piping bag and pipe into individual serving dishes. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before 

Note: For a richer flavour, part or all of the water can be replaced with chilled skim milk, ensuring the milk temperature does not exceed 4°C.
